Money and reporting in Subby connect subscription charges, fees and settlements so merchants can understand recurring revenue. Subby reports on the subscription operating layer. It is not a payment processor statement; the payment rail still moves the funds.
Settlements and reconciliation
A settlement record shows expected and paid dates, the charges included, fees, commission and net amount. Every line traces back to its source charge, and fees appear separately instead of being silently netted.
CSV and PDF statements support reconciliation. Settlement may be per transaction through split payments or batched at a period end, depending on the account configuration.
Your Subby bill
The merchant billing area shows the active platform plan, write-request and nudge usage, projected overage and invoices with line items. Usage meters warn at 80% and 100% and translate projected overage into money.
Read Pricing and plans and API usage and metering for the public billing rules.
Refunds
Refund records appear against the original charge and as separate lines on the next settlement statement.
Countries and currencies
Merchants can enable supported countries and constrain a plan's currency to that configuration. A plan uses either mandate-based automatic debit or subscriber-initiated collection. Enabling a subscriber-initiated market means payments require subscriber action and may increase nudge usage.
Reports
Export list views to CSV, or use the relevant API list endpoints and your own reporting store.
Frequently asked questions
Does Subby replace my payment processor reports?
No. Subby reconciles subscription charges, fees and settlements. The payment rail still settles funds. Use both views together.
